Health and Wellbeing

Medical – Vibrant offers medical insurance to all permanent employees, after completion of a successful probation period. The health care scheme is designed to cover you for the diagnosis and/or necessary active treatment of a medical condition when you are referred by your General Practitioner to an appropriate medical specialist. Through the Private Medical Insurance scheme, employees are also eligible for subsidised gym membership.

Eyecare Voucher – Vibrant funds free eye tests which are usually every two years. This can be more frequent if an employee has an issue with their sight and has proof from their General Practitioner or Optician that they need more frequent testing. Eye care vouchers are accepted instead of payment at chosen high street opticians. If it is indicated on the relevant form that the need for glasses is due to VDU use, the employee is then eligible to receive a further £45 spectacle voucher towards the cost of their glasses.

Holidays – The holiday year runs from 1st January to 31st December. All employees are entitled to 25 days holiday plus the 8 public holidays.

Childcare vouchers – Vibrant have a child care voucher scheme whereby all employees have the option to "sacrifice" part of their salary in exchange for child care vouchers. Within specified limits, these vouchers are non-taxable and exempt from National Insurance contributions and therefore represent a saving for the employee.

Cycle to Work Scheme – Vibrant provides cycle to work schemes by salary sacrifice – Huge savings, of up to 50% of the retail price of bicycles and accessories, are available to participating employees.
